Submit a $50.00 deposit to get started, using the form below. I will contact you to make arrangements and talk about your needs and help you to get started with the program that fits your specific needs.
I prefer the deposit via Venmo, If you would like to pay via Venmo or bank check please note that in the “comments section” [in the form below] and I will send you payment information accordingly. Otherwise, you can submit a deposit payment of $50.00 via Paypal after you fill in the information below.
